In-Store Services

• Refunds are available only if the cancellation request is made at least 72 hours before your appointment.
• If you made an online purchase but never booked an in-store appointment, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
• Orders determined to be malicious or fraudulent will be refunded at Jet Black Tint’s discretion. Processing fees may be deducted.
• No refunds will be issued for requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment or after a missed appointment.

Existing Tint Disclosure:
If your vehicle has aftermarket tint that was not disclosed prior to your appointment, additional removal fees will apply and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued for appointments rescheduled due to undisclosed tint.

How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a refund request for in-store services, email [email protected] with:

• Order #
• Full Name
• Appointment Date (if applicable)
• Reason for refund

Jet Black Tint will respond within five (5) business days. Additional documentation or photos may be requested.

Shipped Products (DIY Static Tint)

• Refunds can be requested within 7 days of delivery, as confirmed by our shipment tracking.
• Jet Black Tint will respond within five (5) business days of receiving your request.
• Refunds or replacements require photo evidence that all received tint pieces have been destroyed or returned. Each piece must be cut in half to be considered destroyed.
• No refunds will be processed without this verification.
